Embrace culinary art & Prospect new horizons Culinary Heritage: Cooking Together Across Generations Press Conference

【CMHnews post】The New Horizons for Seniors Program funded and approved by the Government of Canada was officially launched. LEGAC International Arts & Cultural Exchange Centre is honored to have received approval for "Culinary Heritage: Cooking Together Across Generations."


On the morning of May 3, 2025 a press conference for the project was held at. the XINFLIX MEDIA INC Television Broadcasting Centre. Renowned food experts, business leaders, and senior community groups attended and expressed their desire to build joyful and hopeful activities for seniors together. We presented the letter of appointment for them.



    The event "Culinary Heritage: Cooking Together Across Generations" featured participation from Canada’s leading culinary associations, star chefs, and multicultural experts. We will contribute expression of multicultural culinary elements, design a new international culinary cookbook, and promote public education through workshops on nutrition and wellness.



    This program initiates interactive experiences in multicultural food traditions, classic recipe showcases, and culinary competitions for seniors.


    In addition, our free culinary and nutrition master class offers seniors the opportunity to explore food culture, enhance practical cooking skills, and enjoy a rich, meaningful path of life long learning and contribution.
